California (2025): 25% PCR for glass and plastic beverage bottles.
Washington (2026): 25% PCR for plastic beverage bottles.
Maine (2026): 25% PCR for plastic beverage containers.
New Jersey (2027): 25% PCR for plastic beverage containers and 20% for all other rigid containers.
